She helps patients explore their feelings, behaviors, and thoughts, with the goal of identifying and addressing the underlying causes of mental health problems. Natalie Jean Baptiste is a compassionate, caring, and experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She prides herself with her ability to build positive relationships with patients, family members, physicians, and other medical professionals. Natalie has been a nurse for 12 years; she feels immense compassion and excitement when she cares for people and teach them how to be improve their health journey.

Natalie provides medication management, patient education and promotion of mental health well-being to her patients. She specializes in the management and treatment of mental disorders, emotional disorders, substance-related disorders, sexual and gender identity disorders, ADHD, post traumatic stress disorder, anxiety and depression.

Natalie is always ready to help her patients achieve their goals. She sees it as a priority to manage each patient's needs individually and present to them with a positive attitude.
